When my wife and I needed to jump out of renting and into owning a home of our own a couple years back, we struggled. We went through several other realtors but they showed no real interest in helping us meet our goals. I was lucky to cross paths with Keith and Bev one day who introduced themselves. We called them up and the were delighted to take us under their wing, and introduced us to a very professional mortgage broker and the team really got it done for us.  They went above and beyond for us got the job done.  We're absolutely delighted with the result. At our first meeting, Keith was fully prepared with a market assessment of the property we wanted to sell. He gave us wise advice on how to proceed. Interest rates were actively rising during the sale period. Some buyers backed out of deals in progress because of this. Keith was extremely patient during these delays. He provided expert market situation reports every couple of weeks. He updated the listing on realtor.ca to adjust to changing conditions which attracted a steady stream of potential buyers to showings throughout the selling period. Highly recommended.
